Dr. Heather D. Collins

Dr. Heather D. Collins was born and raised in Ansonia, Connecticut, where she was nurtured in the faith by her grandmother, Mother Harriet C. Parks. Mother Parks laid the spiritual foundation that would shape Dr. Collins' lifelong commitment to Christ and the Church. Her mother, Elder Darlene Thompson, also played a significant role in her spiritual development, serving as both a mentor and example of faithful leadership.

At the age of nine, Dr. Collins accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit under the leadership of Overseer Idel T. Williams, Pastor of Maranatha Pentecostal Church. That life-changing experience marked the beginning of a lifelong journey of ministry and service.

Ministry Calling

Dr. Collins is the founder of Transforming Word of Truth Worship Center, a ministry that began as a Bible study on June 3, 2010. What started with a small gathering quickly grew, and by September of that same year the ministry held its first Sunday worship service.

Founded upon 2 Timothy 2:15, Transforming Word of Truth Worship Center was established as a Bible-based ministry committed to sound teaching, apostolic leadership, prophetic ministry, and deliverance. Today, the ministry continues its mission as Kingdom Life Worship Center, serving the Farmville, North Carolina community while equipping believers to live out their God-given purpose.

Education

Dr. Collins is deeply committed to both spiritual and academic excellence.

She graduated from Ansonia High School in Ansonia, Connecticut, before attending Hampton University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

In 2010, she earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. Continuing her pursuit of excellence, she later completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education from East Carolina University.

Long before leading a ministry, Dr. Collins faithfully served in numerous areas of the local church. Her dedication to serving wherever needed reflects her belief that effective leadership begins with a servant's heart.

Leadership & Kingdom Impact

Today, Dr. Collins serves alongside her husband, Apostle Lannice I. Collins, equipping leaders and strengthening ministries through the Elijah Encounter School of the Prophets, leadership development, ministry operations, conferences, coronations, affirmations, and consecrations throughout the Kingdom of God.

She also serves as the First Presiding Prelate of Kingdom Covenant International Ecumenical Council of Churches, Inc. Through apostolic leadership and prophetic ministry, Dr. Collins continues to train, mentor, and equip believers to fulfill their Kingdom assignments.

Family

Above every title and accomplishment, Dr. Collins cherishes her role as a wife, mother, and servant of God.

She resides in Greenville, North Carolina, with her husband, Apostle Lannice I. Collins, and together they are the proud parents of four children: Shanaya Moneque, Christopher Jalen, Jonathan David, and Lannice Oreonne.
